New Self Hire Boats

New Self Drive's
Over the last few years we have slowly replaced our boat hire fleet to bring them bang up to date, having the most modern and update boats available to hire in Cornwall has always been our goal. We took a big decision in 2019 when we decided to add electric start engines to the fleet. More than twice the price and twice the power of our standard manual start engine’s. We thought it was worth the risk, to make hiring a boat easier than ever. Turning a key to re-start the boat, makes life much easier when you stop for that all important break in a neighbouring village.
It wasn’t just the engine’s we upgraded, we already had a few Whaly 430’s in the fleet and we felt the size, stability and manoeuvrability was the direction we wanted continue in. 2 boats and 2 engines were ordered and arriving just in time for the summer holiday’s, everyone who hired them loved them.
Heading in 2020 and with Covid shutting down operations for the first few months, ordering new boats in January seemed like a regret. Finally when we could hire, we wished we had ordered more. Now we are in 2021, we have just taken delivery of our new batch and can’t wait to get them on the water and ready to hire.

The Whaly 435 is an incredibly robust, double-walled boat manufactured from high-grade plastic (Polyethylene) – it’s almost unsinkable and indestructible. This boat is low-maintenance and is produced in 100% colour-fast plastic.These specifications will certainly convince you of its quality.
